During 28th – 30th of April 2010 took place at Sinaia the second edition of the Conference dedicated to contaminated sites issue – Contaminated Sites Management. The event was organized by Meda Consulting and had as Partners the following companies: Petrom, ERM Environmental Resources Management, F&R Worldwide, Zublin, Strabag, ALcontrol Laboratories.
The 2010 edition continued, through the discussed themes, the previous debates on soil protection in Romania. Representatives of environmental protection agencies, economic industrial agents, environment consultants and technology and services suppliers discussed during the conference’s works aspects regarding contaminated soil investigation and remediation, standards and regulations for contaminated soil, financing programs, investigation and monitoring methods, risk evaluation, environmental impact, waste management, as well as remediation projects case studies.
